Relationship Manager

Responsibilities

  • Bring new clients
  • Interact with clients and provide solutions
  • Review all client’s requirements & communication documents
  • Provide training to clients on project deliverables when needed.
  • Respond to client’s questions and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Provide business solutions and recommendations to clients to meet project goals.
  • Communicate with clients to clearly understand project requirements and scope.
  • Maintain high level of professionalism and competence in client communications.
  • Monitor and report project status to clients on regular basis.
  • Build positive working relationship with clients and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Maintain complete project documentations for reference purposes.
  • Ensure that project team works according to project scope and timelines.

Requirements

  • Degree in Commerce/Finance / CA / MBA/ CFA
  • Strong networking in finance and investment domain
  • Previous experience in the similar field is a must
  • Smart & self-motivated
  • Strong English communication and presentation skills
  • Reporting Skills, Attention to Detail, Deadline-Oriented, Confidentiality, Time Management, General Math Skills
